Carolyn and her team at CRRS have made a major impact on our recoveries at Golden Valley Memorial Hospital. Previously we did not have a process to verify and audit insurance payments on a consistent basis. The only times we recognized that an insurance company did not pay us correctly is if we manually audited the account.
