Testimonials
Golden Valley Memorial Hospital - 2017
Carolyn and her team at CRRS have made a major impact on our recoveries at Golden Valley Memorial Hospital. Previously we did not have a process to verify and audit insurance payments on a consistent basis. The only times we recognized that an insurance company did not pay us correctly is if we manually audited the account. Even once we found the discrepancy it was a struggle to carve out time to follow up with the payer. Multiplied over several thousand claims a month we could not afford the time to conduct the audits and the follow up, yet we did not want to continue to be underpaid.
CRRS has taken over the responsibility of conducting those audits and following up with our payers. The follow up they provide is invaluable. The CRRS team is focused on the recoveries and is very diligent about pursuing correct payments. They are able to spend the time corresponding with provider representatives and customer service representative at the various insurance companies and make sure they follow through with their contractual obligations.
Additionally CRRS helped us find areas where we were losing reimbursement because our claims were not set up appropriately for specific payers. Making those changes helped us bill and collect appropriately.
In all CRRS has helped us recover over $600,000 in a little over a year. If you are struggling to identify underpayments and/or follow up on underpayments, then I recommend you call Carolyn and see how she can help you.
Sincerely,
Ken Lanning
